About Me.
My name is Anastasia. I am a mom of 3 rambunctious little ones. I was inspired to pursue a career in First Aid and Safety when my husband started traveling for work. He was happily the default prepper and survivalist. But since he could be gone for weeks at a time, it was up to me to be prepared. I've spent the last 2 years challenging myself with new education to bring more preparedness and awareness to our family.
First Aid & CPR Instructor
American Red Cross
I am certified through the American Red Cross. Currently I am teaching First Aid and CPR for adults, children, and infants. I also offer intro into remote and wilderness first aid training, babysitter classes, and water safety courses.
AVERT Training
I also have AVERT classes booking in October 2024 and onward. This is Active Violence Emergency Response Training: available for any individual, ideal for large business, churches and event centers.
